Turn off Label scans
Go to Profile ▸ "Label scans with the AI model". No more photos are sent. Barcode scans, History and the Hidden-gluten dictionary keep working. Glutenwise will ask you before your next Label scan.
Reset or delete your data
To clear your data from your phone, delete the app and install it again. Deleting the app removes your Scan history, your Profile, your consent choice and your settings from your phone. We never receive them.
To delete the device ID and scan count on our server, email us the device ID shown in Profile ▸ About. We'll delete it within 30 days. What happens to the ID when you delete the app depends on your phone:
On iPhone, the device ID stays in the Keychain after you delete the app, so reinstalling doesn't reset your free Label scans.
On Android, deleting the app or clearing its storage also deletes the device ID, and a reinstall starts a new count of free Label scans. Copy the ID from Profile ▸ About before you delete the app or clear its storage. Otherwise we can't find your record, and it is deleted after 12 months without a Label scan.
